Customer Service & Hospitality Program
The Customer Service & Hospitality Essentials Program runs for 12 Weeks using a combination of ONLINE and ONSITE classes. Following the training program students will continue to have access to their online program content for an additional 40 Weeks, totalling 1 Year of online access. This follow-on access provides ongoing reference as students move into further study or career opportunities.
1. Student has to have at least 80% of online and onsite attending.
2. Student should show the English Proficiency at IELTS 5.0 (or equivalent, click link). In case students havent got the English score in hand, EdduSAP will provide the free of charge PIHMS English test for your English Proficiency checking with 70% score or higher.
3. Student has to pass the internship working requirement and working evaluation from the Internship business supervisors and EdduSAP teachers.
4. Upon the consideration of the Teachers committee.
