For Professional English Program, we use iPASS English which is a professional English language program developed by iPASS as part of PIHMS International Education.

Customer Service Hospitality Plus Professional English Program Summary

Duration

The Customer Service & Hospitality Essentials Program runs for 12 weeks using a combination of ONLINE and ONSITE classes. Following the training program, students will continue to have access to their online program content for an additional 40 weeks, totaling 1 year of online access. This extended access provides ongoing reference as students move into further study or career opportunities. Students will get totally 2 certifications from PIHMS and EdduSAP upon graduation from the Customer Service & Hospitality Essentials Program and the Professional English Program.

Remark: Certification approved will be on the requirements as follow:

1.Student has to have at least 80% of online and onsite attending.

2.Student should show the English Proficiency at IELTS 5.0 (or equivalent, click link).  In case students havent got the English score in hand, EdduSAP will provide the free of charge PIHMS English test for your English Proficiency checking with 70% score or higher.

3.Upon the consideration of the Teachers committee.

Conditions: Applicant needs to pass the English test 4.5 IELTS score or equivalent before graduated
